At Esco Fintech, we strive to provide prompt and reliable Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) services to all our clients. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by the customer.
Order cancelled before the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) application is submitted to the Certifying Authority.
Payment received but the service cannot be processed due to technical reasons from our side.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Payments become non-refundable in the following situations:
Once the DSC application has been submitted to the Certifying Authority.
Once the Digital Signature Certificate has been issued.
If delay occurs due to incomplete documents or verification from the customer.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
