1. Services

Esco Fintech provides facilitation services for obtaining Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and related accessories such as USB tokens (dongles). DSCs are issued by authorized Certifying Authorities as per applicable government regulations.

2. Orders and Payments

All payments made through our online payment portal are securely processed through our payment gateway provider. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate personal and identification information required for DSC issuance and verification.

3. Processing Time

DSC applications are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment and submission of all required documents. Processing time may vary depending on verification requirements by the Certifying Authority.

4. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the DSC application is submitted to the Certifying Authority. Once the DSC has been issued or the application has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct information and completing verification procedures required for DSC issuance. Any delay caused by incomplete or incorrect information may affect processing timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Esco Fintech acts as a facilitation service provider for DSC issuance. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from verification processes conducted by the Certifying Authority or regulatory requirements.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
